Rooms were nice size and close to the beach! Pool was large and cafe was good. The beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed having a washer and dryer.

Awesome location with the perfect size suite for 5 people. Really enjoyed the full kitchen, two bathrooms, tvs in all the rooms, balcony, multiple pools and hot tubs, ping pong, courtesy bins with sand toys, rafts etc, cafe and beach bar.

the pool was nice and the water was warm! The beach was within walking, very nice, the ocean was warm. The condo was like any other one.

Location is great directly on the beach! Very nice pool. Loved the balcony. Size and overall accommodations were nice with a couple cosmetic issues. Can't beat that view! Would definitely book again.

Sunset Vistas have everything you need for a wonderful stay right on the premises. Two bedroom or 3 bedroom suites. Laundry, kitchen, dining room, living room all in your unit. Balcony and ocean view with every suite. A cafe for breakfast or lunch, a bar by the wonderful pool. Hot tub, kiddie pool. Close to store’s shopping and great restaurants.

location was great, property was very clean and well maintained, wonderful balcony with gulf views. our 2 bedroom condo was well furnished and comfortable.

The location and facilities can’t be beat. Having a little store and restaurant right in the courtyard was super convenient, and the bar on the beach was fun, but it was also conveniently located to lots of other places to eat and shop. The courtyard was beautiful and it was so easy to walk to the beach. Office staff were super friendly and housekeeping was very responsive when we needed extra service. Having even a partial view of the beach and Gulf was a beautiful thing to wake up to. We didn’t use the pools but they looked lovely and we certainly saw lots of people enjoying them.

There were staff available and visible during our whole stay - security, reception, tiki bar, and cafe. Whenever we had questions they were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Security especially was alert and professional - he greeted us upon arrival when we came in late and even warned us when a serious storm blew in the next night. Our receptionist was also ready with our keys and maps/parking. He was warm and friendly and made us feel welcome. I really appreciated that after a long drive. The beach and ocean location was my group's favorite! It was right there, beautiful and accessible. Two of the four of us hadn't ever seen an ocean, so the view from the balcony was breathtaking! The warm waters and gentle waves were so welcoming, we wished we could stay another week! Hotel was so close to everything, we came and went as we pleased. Everything about the hotel felt welcoming, inviting and safe to explore and enjoy. I am very thankful to your staff and property for helping us end our vacation on such a good note. :)

The location was great and within walking distance of John's Pass and great restaurants and shopping. The beach was amazing and not too crowded. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and the ice cream place next door.
